The simultaneous bid deadline for new listings
is 5 days from the list date.
During the 6th-10th days, bids are considered on a daily basis.
This initial 10 day period is for owner occupant purchasers only.
After the 10 days, bids from owner occupants or investors are considered.
This list is updated every few weeks. Last update on 03/22/07.
All bids must be submitted by a registered real estate broker.
